What My Back Pain Taught Me About Freelance Writing

I am a service-connected veteran with disability related to my lower back, knee and feet. But if you watched me in the gym, you wouldn't have guessed it. I work out three or four times a week by playing basketball, weight resistance and a little bit of Just Dance 3. But, just like freelance writing, it took me a few years to reach where I am today.
